Bobolinks & Meadowlarks Bird Walk

  • Burlingame Trails Cazenovia, NY, 13035 United States (map)

Meadowlarks breed in natural grasslands, meadows, weedy pastures, and hayfields.

Wondering where the bobolinks and meadowlarks are nesting this year?

Join avid birder and former CPF board president, Jim Steinberg, for a guided bird walk to identify nesting site locations in the Burlingame meadow. We'll try to determine how many nesting pairs are back this year, identify general locations of nesting sites, and see who else is singing in the hedgerow and forest edge.

All experience levels welcome! Just bring:

  • A pair of binoculars.

  • Sturdy, mud-friendly footwear.

  • Your enthusiasm for nature.
