Join the Cazenovia Preservation Foundation, the Madison County Chapter of Trout Unlimited, and the Shane Pinard Future Fisherman’s Foundation for a fun, hands-on fishing experience at Fenner Conservation Pond. Whether you're new to fishing or want to try fly fishing, our expert instructors will guide you through the basics.

What to Expect:

  • Learn basic fishing & fly fishing techniques

  • Bring your own gear or use ours (we’ll have rods and lures available)

  • Open to all ages & skill levels

Make a Day of It: Bring a picnic lunch, comfy chairs, or a blanket and enjoy the beautiful setting. Don’t forget a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen & (if you use it) bug repellent.

Heads up: No restroom facilities are available at Fenner Conservation Pond.

Help us plan—RSVPs are appreciated. We don’t want to run out of worms. But you are more than welcome to just come that day.
