Music at The Meadows is tonight!
On Saturday, August 24th, CPF will host the third annual Music in the Meadow. The weather forecast looks perfect and we invite you to bring your picnic blankets, family, and friends for an evening of great music in a beautiful setting!
Online ticket sales closed on Saturday, August 24th at 12 noon. But, don’t worry! You can still purchase tickets at the check-in table at the event. We accept cash, cards, and local checks.
Event Info
Come enjoy a sunset picnic supper and listen to the Syracuse Orchestra String Quartet with the stunning back-drop of the historical estate known as The Meadows, located at 6 Rippleton Road, Cazenovia, NY. Google Map Link.
The picnic area will open at 5:30 p.m. and the music starts promptly at 7:00 p.m.
We invite you to bring lawn chairs or blankets and mingle with friends and neighbors.
Event volunteers will be available to help attendees carry their picnic gear.
Transportation will also be available to help those with mobility issues get from the parking area to the picnic and seating area.
Portable restrooms, including an accessible unit, and a handwash station will be provided.
We're delighted to announce that The Brewster Inn will again be offering a selection of á la carte picnic items including cheeseboards, sandwiches, snackables, and desserts, plus a fantastic selection of wine. You are also welcome to BYO picnic. PLEASE PLACE YOUR ORDER BY FRIDAY, AUGUST 23rd AT 5 PM. You can pick up your order at The Brewster starting at 5:15 p.m. on Saturday.
Adults are $20 and kids 12 and under are free. Please note: No paper tickets will be issued. Please stop by the check-in table when you arrive. Ticket sales will support CPF’s local conservation projects.

FAQs for those who purchased tickets for the original August 17th event date
What if I bought tickets but I can’t attend next weekend?
You can gift your ticket(s) to a friend. Your friend can tell us your name when they check-in at the event.
You can turn your ticket purchase into a donation to support CPF’s local conservation efforts. We greatly appreciate your support!
You can request a refund, which will appear in your account in 5 to 10 business days. Please email us at admin@cazpreservation.org with your refund request.
What do I do if I ordered picnic items from The Brewster Inn?
If you are able to attend on Saturday, August 24th, and have no changes to your order, no action on your part is needed. Simply pick up your order at The Brewster Inn starting at 5:15 p.m.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact The Brewster Inn directly.
Can I still buy additional tickets or place an order from The Brewster Inn?
Yes! Online ticket sales will be open until 12 noon on the day of the event. Tickets will also be available for purchase at the event check-in table. Orders from The Brewster must be placed by Friday, August 23rd at 5 p.m.
