On the last Thursday of the month, April through October (weather permitting), join CPF board members, staff, and other volunteers for Trail Work Thursdays. Spend an hour or two beautifying your community trails, then join the group for refreshments at one of the local establishments.
This week, we'll be:
Cleaning up some debris/trash at Mark Lane
Refreshing the Burlingame & Fairchild Parking Areas (bring a stone rake, if you want to be on this crew)
Conducting the Willow Patch Spring Clean-Up
Arriving late? Meet us here: Freshening the Upper Fairchild Loop with gravel & garlic mustard (bring wheelbarrow and shovels)
Walking & Trimming at Fairchild (bring loppers/pruners)
We will meet at the St. Peter's Church parking lot (10 Mill Street) at 4:30 pm, collect tools, divide into work crews and go! Afterwards, refreshments will be provided by CPF Board member David Gerber at Meier's Creek Brewing Company (33 Rippleton Rd.)
Your RSVP to jwong@cazpreservation.org will help us plan projects. We will post any weather-related cancellations at cazpreservation.org/events by 3:30 PM.
