Walks 'n Talks: Fishing Series—Learn to Fish/Learn to Fly Fish

  • Fenner Conservation Pond Cody Rd and Buyea Rd NY, 13035 United States (map)

CPF has teamed up with Madison County Trout Unlimited and the Shane Pinard Future Fisherman’s Foundation to host a free family-friendly fishing event at Fenner Conservation Pond.

Instructors will teach you basic fishing or fly fishing techniques, depending on your interest. You can bring your own rods and lures, or use the ones that we will have available. All ages and ability levels are welcome. Come any time between 9 am and 1 pm.

The weather forecast predicts it will be a beautiful day. We invite you to pack some comfy chairs, a blanket, and picnic lunch and relax on the lawn. Remember to bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, and bug spray.

Please note: There are no restroom facilities available.

To help us better plan, please RSVP if you think you might join us. We don’t want to run out of worms.
